Optical Density
Evaluation of ScannersIn a study
performed by NSTL of a range of scanner
models from four vendors, the four Epson
models consistently yielded higher maximum
optical density values. Higher optical
density means better shadow detail and more
mid-range tones.
Scanner
ResolutionImage quality is more than a
